Recording of sales directly from the Inuvio
The solution facilitates the transmission of sales data via an EET (Electronic Registration of Sales) communicator to the tax authority’s technical infrastructure, with the results processed back into Helios Inuvio/Nephrite. Users gain a clear overview of successfully registered sales as well as any instances requiring further attention. A history of communication and errors assists in auditing the registration process and troubleshooting issues. Where sales are registered Helios Inuvio – point-of-sale (POS) transactions, cash register documents, invoice settlements, and card payments linked to issued invoices and credit notes. Helios Nephrite – cash register documents, card payments linked to issued invoices and credit notes, and a POS interface for retail sales, where an EET sales record is automatically generated upon confirmation of the sale. The POS interface is a separately licensed module. Key benefits • Minimal manual effort – registration is integrated directly into the documents users already work with. Once configured, it requires no additional effort from the operator. • Visibility into sales status – confirmations, errors, and the outcomes of individual transmission attempts are accessible within the system. • Reliability during connection outages – unconfirmed sales remain in the system and can be re-sent; the confirmation code is added retroactively. • Management of registration units – support for physical business premises, transport vehicles, websites, applications, and other types of registration units. • Configuration verification prior to launch – includes communication testing and support for both verification (test) and production environments. • Continuity with existing records – preservation of historical EET 1 data during the transition to EET 2.0. • Ready for larger operations – supports recording on behalf of one or more taxpayers, with separate certificates for individual cash registers. Helios Nephrite additionally offers multi-company support within a single database, as well as bulk transmission of unconfirmed sales to the server—a feature currently under development for Helios Inuvio. The connector is designed for companies using Helios Inuvio or Helios Nephrite that need to integrate electronic sales registration into their daily sales and payment processing—ranging from a single location to a network of branches, cash registers, and multiple legal entities.
