The connector allows
<ul> <li>automatic sending of reports directly from Helios Inuvio</li> <li>overview of processing status directly in the system</li> <li>recording of submission results</li> </ul> <p>With an annual subscription, the customer also receives the Employee Registration - Import plugin, which allows them to add attributes necessary for Additional Registration, Registration and Additional Employee Login.</p> <p>The license is not limited by the number of users or the number of databases.</p>
Important information about ordering
<ul> <li>The JHMZ connector will be available in Helios iNuvio with a new version planned for April 29, 2026.</li> <li>If you have 1 Helios license with multiple databases, you only need to place one order, via the "Order" button below. ADAPTY CRM &
ADAPTY CRM gives sales reps one workplace for everything: work queue, pipeline, and the next step for each opportunity, without switching between records. Its AI knowledge layer summarizes the current stage, changes, and recommended next steps using data from ADAPTY, ERP, and the customer’s website. Sales managers get a real-time overview of the entire team and pipeline. Helios Inuvio integration is included, but the CRM also works without ERP.
ADAPTY Maintenance
ADAPTY Service & Maintenance combines dispatching, planning and service evaluation in one process center. Field technicians use a mobile app to view jobs, machines and service history, record materials and work, add photos and have customers sign service reports on-site. The calendar manages technician capacity and inspections are generated automatically. Reports show service hours, billing and the most failure-prone machines. Helios master data integration is included, but ADAPTY also works without ERP.
