ADAPTY CRM &
ADAPTY CRM gives sales reps one workplace for everything: work queue, pipeline, and the next step for each opportunity, without switching between records. Its AI knowledge layer summarizes the current stage, changes, and recommended next steps using data from ADAPTY, ERP, and the customer’s website. Sales managers get a real-time overview of the entire team and pipeline. Helios Inuvio integration is included, but the CRM also works without ERP.
ADAPTY Maintenance
ADAPTY Service & Maintenance combines dispatching, planning and service evaluation in one process center. Field technicians use a mobile app to view jobs, machines and service history, record materials and work, add photos and have customers sign service reports on-site. The calendar manages technician capacity and inspections are generated automatically. Reports show service hours, billing and the most failure-prone machines. Helios master data integration is included, but ADAPTY also works without ERP.
Web portal Sandard
The web portal extends the Helios Nephrite system with a universal interface while fully respecting access rights. The design can be customized using CSS and JS. It offers key workflows for various roles: managers get approvals and dashboards; employees and contractors access timesheets, leave requests, payroll, or documents. For sales reps, it provides contacts and orders, while customers or suppliers can track jobs, use the helpdesk, and manage procurement. It is an ideal, easily configurable tool for streamlining processes across the entire company. It can be purchased as an add-on.
Web portal Premium
This is an extension of the Web Portal Standard. It includes all predefined objects (portals/dashboards) and premium features, such as active map services, document previews, or slim mode. To use the Web Portal Premium, a WP Standard license is required.
Employee Portal (WP Premium)
The Helios Nephrite Employee Portal is a predefined solution for the rapid implementation of HR and payroll agendas. It saves HR capacity, while its optimized processes can be customized. It allows employees to request leave and business trips, report personal data changes, submit tax declarations, or download payslips and documents. It also provides an overview of training, medical checks, equipment, tasks, and company policies, including helpdesk ticketing. It is a universal tool covering all routine communication between an employee and the company.
Manager portal (WP Premium)
The Helios Nephrite Manager Portal is a predefined interface for the rapid implementation of team management workflows. It saves managers' time, simplifies approvals, and its processes can be customized. It provides leaders with a comprehensive team overview, allowing them to approve leave, business trips, receipts, or requests. It offers control over task fulfillment, medical check deadlines, training, and certificate validity. It also displays assigned equipment, injury logs, calendars, contacts, and people management documents. It is an efficient tool for complete team leadership.
Customer Portal (WP Premium)
The Helios Nephrite Customer Portal is a predefined interface for the rapid deployment of client workflows with customization options. It covers communication, simplifies ordering via cart or blanket orders, and enables order tracking. It provides customers with an overview of prices, stock, invoices, and payments, ensuring paperless billing. It also streamlines filing complaints, contacting the supplier, and sharing documents like terms and conditions or technical sheets. It is an efficient tool for optimizing processes and strengthening customer relationships.
Cart (WP Premium)
Intuitive E-shop Style Ordering. Order goods faster and easier thanks to our new specialized interface. The solution provides a clear, classic e-shop environment where you can easily filter items, add them directly to your shopping cart, and proceed instantly to checkout. Everything is designed to be highly simple, fast, and user-friendly.
Active Map Services (WP Premium)
Work with addresses, map display, route planning, and exporting routes to mobile navigation. To activate modern map services, simply create a free account at www.mapbox.com, which offers a generous monthly allowance of free queries.
UX and UI Features (WP Premium)
WP Premium introduces advanced tools for customization and clarity. Slim mode provides alternative settings for mobile devices and smart display recognition based on screen resolution. The Web Portal Palettes feature is a tool for user-customization of a specific profile's appearance, including fonts, logos, and color schemes. Dashboard signaling, thanks to conditional tile coloring based on real-time data, instantly highlights selected statuses.

Approval and Document Management (WP Premium)
