Through the EMMA, the employee can verify the accuracy of his personal data, which the employer records about him, in real time. At the same time, data can be easily updated. When filling in, it is easy to communicate directly with the payroll accountant using chat. This makes it easy to resolve your questions and the ambiguities that can arise in the complex world of taxes and wages.

Electronic taxpayer documents

The employee can fill in the Taxpayer's Declaration electronically anytime and anywhere. The information is then immediately passed on to the payroll accounting office for processing. The EMMA also allows the Application for annual tax settlement to be filled in electronically. Portal is guiding employees’ step by step as they are filling out the forms and is informing them, for example, about the mandatory attachments needed.

Application and request forms

The EMMA enables reliable and comfortable communication between the employee, the employer, and the payroll accountant. Based on the entered request, the other party will receive a notification for its processing. Users can then check the processing status of the request at any time, add or request additional information, or, for example, approve the request.

Pay slips and documents

EMMA ensures secure distribution of pay slips in real time directly to the user account of each employee. The employee thus has all pay slips available in one place at any time. Furthermore, it is possible to automatically share selected documents from the employee's personal files within the payroll software and directly send the newly created documents to the EMMA.

Security

The EMMA is a secure tool that enables the exchange of data in full compliance with the GDPR. All communication is secured with top-level encryption. It is also possible to use the so-called two-factor authentication when logging in for maximum security.
