Notifications according to your condition
You can define conditions or scripts for individual events, after which Mail reporter will send a prepared e-mail message. The notification can thus respond to a specific change or status registered in Helios Inuvio.
The right message to the right recipients
The e-mail addresses of the recipients can be set in advance or dynamically filled in according to the current data. The message can be sent, for example, to the currently assigned approver or the responsible person listed on a specific document.
One-time and recurring events
A one-time event checks whether the condition is met at regular intervals, but sends the notification only once when "the event occurred". A recurring event can send messages at a set frequency with all the data that currently meets the condition. So an unpaid invoice will be on regular statements until it is paid.
The scheduler keeps track of the right time
Events can be triggered using a scheduler running as a service. You can set an interval from one minute, run every day at a selected hour or only on specified days and times.
Notifications and regular reports
Mail Reporter does not have to send only notifications about changes or fulfilled conditions. At a specified time, it can also deliver a regular report, for example, a list of unpaid invoices prepared every Monday morning.
Email content as needed
An email can contain text, a table with a statement according to the set condition, an XLS or PDF file, a document linked in Helios Inuvio or a link to a system overview. The sent message is also entered into the overview of email messages.
Administration directly in Helios Inuvio
You manage event definitions, notifications and reminders in one place directly in Helios Inuvio. An overview of individual events and selected sample definitions that are part of the distribution are available.

Active Directory
The Helios AD service is a connection to the Helios ERP system, allowing you to load groups and users from Active Directory (AD) groups at defined intervals. The plugin will check users assigned to groups for the Helios database. If the user is in an AD group assigned to the Helios database and is not specified in it, the service will add the user with data according to AD and a defined role of rights.
ADAPTY CRM &
ADAPTY CRM gives sales reps one workplace for everything: work queue, pipeline, and the next step for each opportunity, without switching between records. Its AI knowledge layer summarizes the current stage, changes, and recommended next steps using data from ADAPTY, ERP, and the customer’s website. Sales managers get a real-time overview of the entire team and pipeline. Helios Inuvio integration is included, but the CRM also works without ERP.
ADAPTY Maintenance
ADAPTY Service & Maintenance combines dispatching, planning and service evaluation in one process center. Field technicians use a mobile app to view jobs, machines and service history, record materials and work, add photos and have customers sign service reports on-site. The calendar manages technician capacity and inspections are generated automatically. Reports show service hours, billing and the most failure-prone machines. Helios master data integration is included, but ADAPTY also works without ERP.
