ADAPTY CRM &
ADAPTY CRM gives sales reps one workplace for everything: work queue, pipeline, and the next step for each opportunity, without switching between records. Its AI knowledge layer summarizes the current stage, changes, and recommended next steps using data from ADAPTY, ERP, and the customer’s website. Sales managers get a real-time overview of the entire team and pipeline. Helios Inuvio integration is included, but the CRM also works without ERP.
ADAPTY Maintenance
ADAPTY Service & Maintenance combines dispatching, planning and service evaluation in one process center. Field technicians use a mobile app to view jobs, machines and service history, record materials and work, add photos and have customers sign service reports on-site. The calendar manages technician capacity and inspections are generated automatically. Reports show service hours, billing and the most failure-prone machines. Helios master data integration is included, but ADAPTY also works without ERP.
Expand Inuvio capabilities
ZoomIn Plus <strong>doesn't replace</strong> the functionality of Helios Inuvio, but suitably <strong>extends</strong> it. With regard to touch control and the mobile way of working, it is important to work with a reasonable volume of data, which can be influenced by the setting of reports and the logic of the arrangement of tiles. However, the <strong>Architecture</strong> of the application is designed to handle even very large data volumes (on the order of hundreds of thousands of records), practically limited only by the available memory of the device.
Other options for working with Inuvio
The key feature of ZoomIn Plus, as with Helios Inuvio, is its <strong>expandability</strong>. The application fully respects user configurations and adjustments made in Inuvio. <strong>The possibility to use external actions</strong> (e.g. procedures or overviews), create your own tree structure of datascope tiles or manage speed dials allows ZoomIn Plus to be adapted to a wide range of company processes.
