Key benefits
The connector supports a wide range of signing scenarios, from simply sending documents to complex workflows involving multiple participants, approvals, and follow-up processes. It can be used both with completed documents and to generate documents from templates using data from your systems.
Paperless document signing
There is no need to print anything, manually re-enter data, or check individual steps. Documents are created directly in your system, sent for signature, and returned upon completion together with all the necessary information about the signing process. A document can be sent from any module in Helios Inuvio. (The connector requires the Helios and Signi systems to operate.)

Active Directory
The Helios AD service is a connection to the Helios ERP system, allowing you to load groups and users from Active Directory (AD) groups at defined intervals. The plugin will check users assigned to groups for the Helios database. If the user is in an AD group assigned to the Helios database and is not specified in it, the service will add the user with data according to AD and a defined role of rights.
ADAPTY CRM &
ADAPTY CRM gives sales reps one workplace for everything: work queue, pipeline, and the next step for each opportunity, without switching between records. Its AI knowledge layer summarizes the current stage, changes, and recommended next steps using data from ADAPTY, ERP, and the customer’s website. Sales managers get a real-time overview of the entire team and pipeline. Helios Inuvio integration is included, but the CRM also works without ERP.
ADAPTY Maintenance
ADAPTY Service & Maintenance combines dispatching, planning and service evaluation in one process center. Field technicians use a mobile app to view jobs, machines and service history, record materials and work, add photos and have customers sign service reports on-site. The calendar manages technician capacity and inspections are generated automatically. Reports show service hours, billing and the most failure-prone machines. Helios master data integration is included, but ADAPTY also works without ERP.
