Digitization of the workplace
Workplace digitization can seem challenging, but with our solution, you don't need to halt or limit production, and you'll see results very quickly. In the administration, you can easily set up a new workstation, assign one of the predefined operation templates, and start online data collection immediately. If none of the templates fit your needs, parameter pairing with Helios can be customized. If you require a specific operational process, we are ready to create a tailor-made solution. Workstations can be equipped with a mobile phone, tablet, or computer.
Operation templates
For easy workstation management, operation templates are available. These are predefined processes for pairing data collection parameters with those in Helios. This pairing can be adjusted in the administration or custom pairing templates can be created. Operation templates can then be efficiently assigned to other similar workstations up to the number of purchased licenses.
Custom applications
If the existing operation templates do not meet your needs, a custom production data collection process can be prepared. This solution can accommodate more complex processes, including integration with various sensors for counting, code reading, weighing, temperature measurement, etc. The goal of the application is to save time, minimize errors, and provide real-time production data for management.
