The selected subscription will automatically include one training session of 1 hour for 10 participants at a price of EUR 100. The program includes Setup – performing a permeability test in collaboration with a technically qualified person of the ordering party, handing over Input Information – a list of email addresses to be tested, and an agreement on the difficulty of the tests to be performed, from the simplest to the truly difficult. During the course, a Summary of the results of each of the completed Phishing campaigns and a Summary Annual Report are sent as a complete report on the tests performed and their results. The billing period for the ordered service begins on the 1st day of the month following the start date of the first Phishing campaign. In the event that campaigns are not started due to failure to provide Input Information or failure to perform Setup, billing begins automatically on the 1st day of the month following the expiration of two calendar months from the date of ordering. Failure to provide Input Information or failure to perform Setup will result in a reduction of one Phishing campaign every forty days from the date of ordering. The training must be completed within one year from the date of ordering, after which the entitlement to the training expires. Non-cooperation by the technically competent person is not a reason for a complaint or other financial compensation for the ordering party.
