Intuitive control
Working with Safety4Files is user-friendly and intuitive. The end user has a portal accessible in browsers of all operating systems, on desktop computers, tablets and phones. The login itself takes place by entering an e-mail and an SMS pin delivered to the user's phone number. After this verification, the user has access to the customer part of the portal, where he can download and upload files.
File security
The Safety4Files application for communication with the portal server combines 3 encryption technologies and thus keeps files as secure as possible. Access to the data uploaded to the portal is subsequently limited only to the user accounts of the given recipients. Logging into this account is possible after two-factor authentication only by entering the correct e-mail and a confirmation SMS code valid for two minutes.

Thanks to the user-friendly design of Safety4Files, it is possible to deploy S4F to a workplace anywhere in the world in just a few minutes. ADAPTY CRM &
ADAPTY CRM gives sales reps one workplace for everything: work queue, pipeline, and the next step for each opportunity, without switching between records. Its AI knowledge layer summarizes the current stage, changes, and recommended next steps using data from ADAPTY, ERP, and the customer’s website. Sales managers get a real-time overview of the entire team and pipeline. Helios Inuvio integration is included, but the CRM also works without ERP.
ADAPTY Maintenance
ADAPTY Service & Maintenance combines dispatching, planning and service evaluation in one process center. Field technicians use a mobile app to view jobs, machines and service history, record materials and work, add photos and have customers sign service reports on-site. The calendar manages technician capacity and inspections are generated automatically. Reports show service hours, billing and the most failure-prone machines. Helios master data integration is included, but ADAPTY also works without ERP.
