Printer forms and other reports
You can also save print form outputs to the cloud. When setting up printing to a file, you just need to select a destination folder in the cloud storage. HELIOS Inuvio can also create the corresponding directory structure according to the specified specifiers. The connector also supports saving generated messages, such as standard XML exports, default EDI messages and documents in ISDOC format.

Who is the solution intended for
The solution is suitable for organizations that use HELIOS Inuvio together with Google Drive or Microsoft SharePoint and want to save documents and system outputs to their cloud environment. It helps to unify document work, reduce manual file transfers, and make cloud documents accessible directly from the ERP system environment.
Important information
The connection uses OAuth 2.0 user authentication. For this reason, it requires user interaction during authorization and is not intended for automatic connection via API without user authentication. Currently, downloading a file from the cloud using some standard document actions, such as "Move to disk", is not supported. Saving generated messages does not apply to banking plugins that process the destination outside of the general message settings. The solution requires Helios Inuvio in 64bit version.

Active Directory
The Helios AD service is a connection to the Helios ERP system, allowing you to load groups and users from Active Directory (AD) groups at defined intervals. The plugin will check users assigned to groups for the Helios database. If the user is in an AD group assigned to the Helios database and is not specified in it, the service will add the user with data according to AD and a defined role of rights.
ADAPTY CRM &
ADAPTY CRM gives sales reps one workplace for everything: work queue, pipeline, and the next step for each opportunity, without switching between records. Its AI knowledge layer summarizes the current stage, changes, and recommended next steps using data from ADAPTY, ERP, and the customer’s website. Sales managers get a real-time overview of the entire team and pipeline. Helios Inuvio integration is included, but the CRM also works without ERP.
ADAPTY Maintenance
ADAPTY Service & Maintenance combines dispatching, planning and service evaluation in one process center. Field technicians use a mobile app to view jobs, machines and service history, record materials and work, add photos and have customers sign service reports on-site. The calendar manages technician capacity and inspections are generated automatically. Reports show service hours, billing and the most failure-prone machines. Helios master data integration is included, but ADAPTY also works without ERP.
