How does FaceUp work?
Give your employees the opportunity to reach out if something goes wrong or if they are witnessing unethical behavior in the workplace. They will be given the opportunity to send an anonymous report via a form and you will find out about the issue in time. The report will reach the authorized person (e.g. internal HR specialist or external lawyer) who will be able to further communicate with the whistleblower through FaceUp and successfully resolve the issue.

Thanks to our clients, schools can use FaceUp for free, and together, we help detect thousands of bullying cases a year. Our commercial activities contribute to the operation of Nadační fond Nenech to být (the Nenech to být Endowment Fund), which is dedicated to spreading awareness about and preventing bullying and other issues.

ADAPTY CRM &
ADAPTY CRM gives sales reps one workplace for everything: work queue, pipeline, and the next step for each opportunity, without switching between records. Its AI knowledge layer summarizes the current stage, changes, and recommended next steps using data from ADAPTY, ERP, and the customer’s website. Sales managers get a real-time overview of the entire team and pipeline. Helios Inuvio integration is included, but the CRM also works without ERP.
ADAPTY Maintenance
ADAPTY Service & Maintenance combines dispatching, planning and service evaluation in one process center. Field technicians use a mobile app to view jobs, machines and service history, record materials and work, add photos and have customers sign service reports on-site. The calendar manages technician capacity and inspections are generated automatically. Reports show service hours, billing and the most failure-prone machines. Helios master data integration is included, but ADAPTY also works without ERP.
