Connect Helios to electronic invoicing
Helios e-Link connects Helios Inuvio and Helios Nephrite systems with electronic invoicing providers. It ensures the automatic sending, receipt and tracking of electronic invoices without manual exports, repeated data entry or unnecessary intermediate steps. You continue to create and process invoices in your Helios system. Helios e-Link converts them into the required format, securely transfers them to the selected provider and ensures their delivery to the recipient.
One connector for multiple providers
Helios e-Link provides a single connection point between the Helios information system and electronic invoicing providers. Depending on your company’s needs, you can select a supported provider and use its services without creating a separate integration for every connection. The solution is also ready to be gradually extended to other systems and platforms, such as Peppol or KSeF.
Overview and control of documents
The application provides an overview of transferred documents and their current status. You can easily verify whether an invoice has been received, sent or delivered. The solution also includes an overview of electronic archive usage. The data of individual companies is maintained separately by company registration number, making Helios e-Link suitable for organisations working with multiple databases as well as accounting firms managing multiple clients.
How Helios e-Link works

The transfer works in both directions, so a single solution covers both the sending and receipt of electronic documents.
Ready for Slovak electronic invoicing
Helios e-Link connects Helios systems to Slovak electronic invoicing and supports the sending, receipt and tracking of electronic invoices. Helios Inuvio supports the e-Faktura SK Peppol BIS 3 format, which complies with the European standard EN 16931. Under Section 85o of the Slovak VAT Act, mandatory electronic invoicing is expected to take effect on 1 January 2027.
A solution ready for European electronic invoicing
Helios e-Link creates a unified foundation for connecting the Helios system to current and future electronic invoicing services. It helps companies prepare not only for Slovak legislation, but also for other European systems and requirements related to the ViDA initiative. When another supported provider is added, there is no need to change the way you work in the Helios system. Simply select and configure the required connection.
An archive that grows with your needs
The service includes an archive with a capacity of 1 GB for each registered company registration number. If the archive becomes full, its capacity is automatically increased by an additional 1 GB for €2 per month. The extension does not need to be ordered separately, and the service will not be interrupted due to insufficient storage capacity. The increased capacity is automatically reflected in the invoice for the relevant billing period.

Availability and technical requirements
Helios e-Link is a cloud application available through AVAplace. An installed Helios Inuvio server and the free AVA Agent are required to use the application. Integrations with the following providers are currently ready: • Asseco Solutions, a. s. (SK) – testing for Helios Inuvio and Helios Nephrite is in progress • hekura cz s.r.o. – the integration is in preparation The range of supported providers will be gradually expanded.
A simple and transparent pricing model
The price of the Helios e-Link service consists of three clearly defined components: • a monthly fee for each connected company, represented by its registered company number, • a monthly fee for each connected electronic invoicing provider, • a monthly fee for archiving electronic documents, including a basic capacity of 1 GB for each registered company number. You pay only for the number of connected companies and services you actually use. The number of transferred documents does not affect the price of the Helios e-Link service.
Billing based on actual usage
The service is invoiced monthly in arrears according to the scope of services actually used during the relevant period. Customers therefore do not need to estimate the number of transferred invoices in advance or purchase document packages.
