ADAPTY CRM &
ADAPTY CRM gives sales reps one workplace for everything: work queue, pipeline, and the next step for each opportunity, without switching between records. Its AI knowledge layer summarizes the current stage, changes, and recommended next steps using data from ADAPTY, ERP, and the customer’s website. Sales managers get a real-time overview of the entire team and pipeline. Helios Inuvio integration is included, but the CRM also works without ERP.
ADAPTY Maintenance
ADAPTY Service & Maintenance combines dispatching, planning and service evaluation in one process center. Field technicians use a mobile app to view jobs, machines and service history, record materials and work, add photos and have customers sign service reports on-site. The calendar manages technician capacity and inspections are generated automatically. Reports show service hours, billing and the most failure-prone machines. Helios master data integration is included, but ADAPTY also works without ERP.
Quick Order Creation
Items can be added to an order by searching the product catalog or by quickly scanning barcodes with a scanner. Users have an immediate overview of inventory levels, current prices, and discounts calculated for specific customers. Additionally, the app visually alerts users to out-of-stock items in the shopping cart.
Full-featured offline mode
The app downloads data directly to the device, enabling fast and smooth operation even in areas without a strong mobile signal. Orders created in offline mode remain securely stored on the tablet. They are sent to the HELIOS enterprise system via automatic batch synchronization as soon as the device is back online.
Customer and history overview
The app provides detailed information on purchase history and displays the last 100 items sold to the customer for easy reordering. It also includes a key tool for monitoring payment behavior, where the salesperson can immediately see outstanding invoices, including the number of days overdue. It also includes map integration for quick navigation to the customer’s address.

A one-time fee for full deployment. Onboarding is mandatory for the proper functioning of the entire solution. The exact onboarding price is based on an analysis of the customer’s processes.
