Setting Parameters and Calculations
The application allows easy configuration of legislative requirements for fee calculation. This includes population count, default ratio coefficients, and mixed municipal waste (MSW) limits per citizen to meet legislative standards. There is an option to choose between various billing variants (e.g., fee per kg, by container volume, etc.). It is also possible to define a different price for waste quantities exceeding the minimum base, which motivates citizens to sort waste more intensively.
Detailed Subject Management and Incentive System
A clear registry of all citizens and taxpayers linked to specific households and residential units. The system allows defining specific parameters for each citizen, including calculation coefficients and time limits for data validity (e.g., when moving or changing taxpayer status). Direct connection with container records and incentive systems (e.g., within the MotivátorX module) enables a fair setting of fees based on actual waste production.
Records of Containers, Labels, and Chips
The system allows assigning a unique identifier (chip number and QR/barcode) to each container, which is firmly linked to a specific household or entity. Thanks to automatic data pairing from garbage trucks, the system immediately detects empties of containers that are not in the registry or do not have a valid label, thus preventing financial losses for the municipality.
Collections, Collection Plans, and Absences
The system enables the municipality to identify problematic areas where collection did not occur. It provides an instant overview of households that did not prepare their container for collection on the given date, which helps in resolving complaints. It automatically identifies containers that were not scanned by the collection truck despite being on the route, allowing for the detection of technical faults or operator errors. A complete archive of every single collection is maintained, linked to a specific subject, time, and coordinates, serving as indisputable documentation for invoicing.
Collections – Statistics and Waste Balance
Provides insight into waste production in individual households. These statistics are essential for the fair setting of incentive systems and monitoring sorting trends. Each row of statistics contains a complete set of metadata – from address and container type to RFID chip identifier, weight, and type of waste, up to the exact time and date of collection.
Statistics – Households and Fees
Provides an overview of regulations and the actual amount of fees for each household based on real collected data. Tables offer an instant view of all households in the municipality, including information on the number of people, recorded waste weight, and the total calculated fee. For each subject, a detailed breakdown is visible – from the number of periods and total weight to applied discounts and the resulting fee assessment.
Data Under Control
The system allows filtering and sorting by various parameters, making it easier for officials to find specific cases and resolve citizen inquiries.
Basic Documents for Ekokom and ISPOP
The application can provide the necessary underlying data for Ekokom and ISPOP reporting.
