Helios BI Basic Edition (Basic)

With Helios BI Basic, the customer gains access to a set of standard reports, as well as the ability to create their own reports through simple parameterization. Access to templates and data is provided within the so-called basic package for a single user. In any case, it is an excellent and very simple way to enter the world of Helios BI reporting without incurring additional costs. Helios BI Basic can be extended with add-on packages from the following offer.

Economy (extension package for Reports variant)

The accounting journal provides templates for balance sheet, profit & loss (by document, account, monthly), trial balance, inventory, and user-defined views. Reports can be statutory or managerial, with natural indicators and multiple dimensions. Templates exist for P&L, cash flow, and custom reports. Balances allow analysis of inventory, retrospective balances, or balances at any date. Invoicing offers analytical, summary, and detailed reports; banking provides statement and account balance analysis.

Budgets (extension package for Reports variant)

The Cost and Revenue Planning area in Helios BI allows creating plans by departments and company directly in the web app with multiple users. Plans can be monthly, by accounts, structures, and variants, with comparison and forecasting options. Both bottom-up and top-down approaches are supported. The solution is flexible and can be extended with detailed plans (investments, payroll, sales, etc.). Includes a fulfillment report comparing plan vs. actual with comment options.

Allocation (extension package for Reports variant)

The Allocation area in Helios BI allows allocating accounting journal data (actuals and plans) to other departments, projects, or products. Allocation can be done in phases, using previous results in the next. Supports ratio-based or manual percentage allocation. The output is an allocated journal with reports, serving as a source for plan vs. actual comparisons. Data can be stored in detail, including original amounts and documents.

CashFlow (extension package for Reports variant)

The Cash Flow (CF) area in Helios BI uses data from selected bank accounts, invoicing, and manually entered receipts and expenses. Users select the CF forecast period, and the system automatically generates expected cash flow based on available data. Users can specify which invoices will be paid, and changes in their status are immediately reflected in the cash flow forecast.

Sales (extension package for Reports variant)

The Reporting area in Helios BI is based on incoming and outgoing invoices and related stock movements. It offers templates for sales and purchase analysis by indicators such as turnover, margin, or quantity, as well as for opportunity analysis. Data are available by accounting dimensions, with Product and Organization dimensions including user-defined attributes (UDA) and dynamic relationships from HeN. Stock analysis provides history overview and turnover tracking.

Production (extension package for Reports variant)

The Production area in Helios BI uses data from the production module and provides analytical templates for user-defined views. In addition to standard templates, custom reports and dashboards can be created, requiring individual analysis and costing. The area allows analyzing performance and adherence to time standards, costs versus plan, production volumes, quality indicators, and overall equipment efficiency.
