In the case of your decision to implement the project, we proceed according to a verified schedule that ensures a smooth transition to live operation.
Standard solution validation
If the current functionality and visual interface of the application fully suit your internal processes without the need for additional tailor-made modifications, we proceed directly to the technical phase. This approach significantly shortens the deployment time and enables immediate use of the benefits of the system. Initial analysis and individual settings: In the event that the standard settings of the application do not fully meet your specific requirements, the implementation will be preceded by an expert initial analysis. Based on it, we will configure and modify the system so that the WFplus.online solution exactly copies your internal needs and company processes.
System integration and connectivity
The key step is the installation and configuration of the connector for the two-way connection of the Helios Inuvio and WFplus.online systems. During this phase, we place great emphasis on the security of data transmission. During the configuration of secure protocols, the cooperation of your IT department may be required to verify and set up security certificates to ensure maximum system integrity. We will send a questionnaire to the IT department covering everything that needs to be ensured so that we can connect the service to your Helios.
Commissioning
Thanks to optimized processes, we guarantee that the system will be ready for full use within 2–4 weeks after connecting WFplus.online with your Helios. Our goal is to minimize downtime and enable you to benefit from digitization as soon as possible.
Support, training, and documentation
For easy training and administration, we offer clear manuals for approvers and system administrators, as well as a set of instructional videos. If necessary, we also provide an individual form of training tailored exactly to your needs. After successful installation, our hotline is also fully available on weekdays.
Billing
The invoicing of the product starts from the moment the customer actually starts actively using the WFplus.online system. It is invoiced monthly in arrears for the actual number of users who entered the approval process (the person who starts the approval process is also counted).

Operating requirements
WFplus.online approval works primarily in conjunction with the Helios Inuvio system, to which it is connected by a special connector. However, it can also function fully independently if you want to use it for a clear record of documents, contracts, or projects.
Technical requirements
The system does not need any other devices because it runs in the cloud. All you need is internet access for active approval.
