The mobile application is designed for Android and iOS. The fully cloud-based solution ensures that you have access to important information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Get a complete digital audit trail – see who approved what and when, what they wrote, and who currently has the document. Within the WorkFlow+ web application, you can immediately use approval processes for key documents: received and issued invoices, issued orders, quotations, requests, production plans, subcontracting orders, and many others. In the application, you can also view all tasks you have approved in the past, including all related information. Determine when mobile or email notifications are sent and define the appearance of your notifications.
If you do not have sufficient information to approve a task, you can create an additional task and obtain more information from your colleagues. If you receive a task for which you do not have the necessary authority, you can delegate it to a colleague. You can also return the approval process to the previous level if you are not satisfied with its prior course. You can easily configure substitution for a specific type of document (e.g. invoices only) or across all your tasks. The entire approval process is always available on the web and in Helios, including all information, document attachments, and document items. The web environment also provides an overview of statistics for completed and active tasks within the domain.
