Active Directory

The Helios AD service is a connection to the Helios ERP system, allowing you to load groups and users from Active Directory (AD) groups at defined intervals. The plugin will check users assigned to groups for the Helios database. If the user is in an AD group assigned to the Helios database and is not specified in it, the service will add the user with data according to AD and a defined role of rights.

Commercial contracts

Commercial contracts are used to record contractual documents and selected parameters of any contracts. The benefit is integration into the HELIOS iNuvio information system using code lists, controls and functionalities that are a standard part of it. The contract register is intended for users who are obliged under Act No. 340/2015 Coll. to publish contracts in the public contract register. Together with the postal register, it will facilitate your fulfillment of obligations set by law and make the record of contractual documents clearer.

Helios EasyCloud is a service for start-up entrepreneurs and small companies that makes it easy and effortless to use the Helios Easy information system in the cloud environment. Link for digitally signing documents. The Gativa Signi Connector integrates Helios Inuvio with the Signi service, enabling electronic document signing directly in Helios. The result is significantly faster administrative processes, fewer errors, and full control over the entire document lifecycle, from creation to archiving.

Smart and safe cloud backup for HELIOS and all your data. Backup for your HELIOS. Geetoo S3 will allow you to easily backup and download any amount of data without the need to pay for requests. Online platform for education of Helios Inuvio related work. Helios Learning contains more than 700 educational videos that describe functionalities and modules of Helios Inuvio. Upon watching them you’ll become familiar with the systém and will be able to complete standard tasks necessary for your work. These videos are made by our consultants so you can be sure that their contents are updated and correct. Be it that you are just familiarising yourself with Helios systém or already experienced user that is getting to know new section, Helios Learning will help you through the process.

Bulk User Administration

The Bulk User Administration add-on simplifies the management of user accounts and permissions in companies that work with multiple HELIOS databases. The administrator gets an overview of which databases individual users have access to and which main and secondary roles are assigned to them in each database.

SQL 2019 support

Official full support for Microsoft SQL Server 2019 from Microsoft ended on February 28, 2025. As part of the usual update, Helios Inuvio usually supports the last two versions of SQL Server and, for a limited time, older versions of SQL Server. We are aware that the transition to a new version of the system or infrastructure may not always be possible immediately. Therefore, we offer the possibility of temporarily extending the support of the operation in the form of a license key for SQL Server 2019.

General Imports

General Imports extends Helios Inuvio with a universal tool for transferring data from external sources. It can load information from Excel files, CSV files and SQL database queries and safely transfer it into selected system agendas. The solution includes data checks, editing of loaded records, repeated processing of incorrect items and the option to update existing data in selected agendas. The module helps reduce manual retyping and lowers the risk of errors when working with data.
