OAuth2 connector for documents

Connect Helios Inuvio documents to Google Drive or SharePoint and store corporate documents and generated files directly in the cloud storage. When creating a document, users can browse the connected cloud storage, select existing files, and create new folders. The selected file is inserted into the Documents overview via a link and its contents can be viewed directly in the Helios Inuvio dashboard.

A modern online tool for approval processes in Helios Inuvio. Approve documents and processes from anywhere using a cloud solution and mobile app for Android and iOS. WFplus.online provides access to key Helios data across licensed databases, including invoices, purchasing, cash registers and warehouses. Create documents via the web with online transfer to Helios and manage simple or complex approval templates independently, without consultants.

Thanks to the HAny (Helios Anywhere) platform, the portal accesses ERP Helios data from a web browser. Two-way synchronization ensures real-time data transfer between the portal and the Helios system. This eliminates manual data rewriting, reduces the number of emails and phone calls, and speeds up company processes and customer service.

Commercial contracts

Commercial contracts are used to record contractual documents and selected parameters of any contracts. The benefit is integration into the HELIOS iNuvio information system using code lists, controls and functionalities that are a standard part of it. The contract register is intended for users who are obliged under Act No. 340/2015 Coll. to publish contracts in the public contract register. Together with the postal register, it will facilitate your fulfillment of obligations set by law and make the record of contractual documents clearer.

Approval processes electronically

Electronic approval of invoices, orders or any other documents can replace outdated printing and the lengthy circulation of paper "shirts" around the company. Outbound inspection of shipments

This is a simple tool within the scope of shipping that allows the operator to use a barcode scanner to compare the "record" contents of the shipment (list of items on the picking list) with the physical reality in the packaging (in the "box") before the shipment is sent to the customer. The goal of the solution is to detect discrepancies, i.e. typically missing/excess/mixed goods in the shipment against the document, and thus eliminate the possibility of sending a shipment with incorrect contents.

Inventory balance

Automate the statutory inventory of balances and save hours of manual work. The application allows for mass distribution of inventory of payables and receivables as of the balance sheet date directly from the Helios Inuvio environment. The user simply marks the required documents or business partners, generates emails according to a predefined template and sends the inventory confirmation to all selected recipients with one click.

Link for digitally signing documents. The Gativa Signi Connector integrates Helios Inuvio with the Signi service, enabling electronic document signing directly in Helios. The result is significantly faster administrative processes, fewer errors, and full control over the entire document lifecycle, from creation to archiving.

Gativa WMS is designed for fast and efficient warehouse operations and real-time warehouse management. The solution is fully integrated with Helios and communicates online via Wi-Fi or mobile data networks. It can be operated on Zebra mobile terminals.
